Job overview

The post holder must register and book appointments for all patients, on any pathway into the flexible cystoscopy service.

To provide admin support to the Lead Urology Nurse Cystoscopist, including with assisting the tracking of patients through pathways, obtaining reports for imaging in a timely manner to assist the Lead Nurse’s clinics.

Main duties of the job

We are a team of 4 Specialties Urology, Breast, gynae-oncology and Vascular.

This role will involve working within Urology to book appointments, take calls and reply to emails. Ensuring that high quality patient care is at the forefront.

Please note, we are a cross site trust working at both Maidstone and Pembury.
