We are looking for two Senior Information Analysts to play a crucial role in delivering clear, accurate, and concise information that supports the Trust's business and clinical functions. By analysing and interpreting complex data sets, you will produce high-quality management information for senior managers and clinical staff while offering expertise on specialised information issues.
You will be instrumental in maintaining, developing, and enhancing reporting systems, particularly in areas like contracting and performance monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate local and national data submissions. Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels is a key aspect of this role.

Hybrid working arrangements accessible after a qualifying period
The Business Intelligence Unit is responsible for providing information analysis to the Trust's directorates as well as providing expertise in support of the Trust's billing processes. The post holder primarily has responsibility for the development and provision of information to the Trust and its external agencies. This encompasses activity at both Acute and Community sites within the county and covers reporting on activity to ICBs and other commissioners in order to ensure that the Trust receives appropriate income. The post holder provides information analysis and expertise to senior clinical and managerial colleagues both within and outside the Trust.
In addition, this includes the provision of performance monitoring reports and Statutory returns to external agencies including Integrated Care Boards (ICB), Clinical Support Units (CSUs), Local Health Boards (Wales), NHS England and other external stakeholders. The team also provides expert advice to senior clinical and managerial colleagues within and outside the Trust on contracting and performance monitoring issues. The post holder is a member of the relevant Clinical Boards (attended by Consultants, General Managers, senior nursing and other clinical staff), and other equivalent meetings.
Responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of high quality analytical reports from clinical systems to support the Trust in performance management, clinical and operational processes.
