Health Care Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join the Palliative Care team in ward 6/ Ynysdawel Specialist Palliative Care Unit, Ysbyty Cwm Cynon  The post holder will work within the Palliative Care team, which provides a comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment service for adults presenting with palliative care needs whilst in hospital. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained across the unit
