Community Service Manager - Coastal

Job overview

The Community Services Manager will be responsible for the management, delivery and development of a high quality integrated community based health and social care services. This will include ensuring the delivery of quality outcome indicators, performance targets and financial balance in community nursing, adult social care and therapy services.

You will be operationally responsible for the delivery of community health and social care services across South Devon. Working with leads to ensure all statutory health and social care responsibilities are met through high quality service delivery
