We have a number of Advanced Clinical Pharmacist posts available offered as full-time, part-time, flexible working and home and remote working. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in these roles, as is the ability to work effectively alone and as part of the wider team.

Main duties of the job

You will provide clinical pharmacy services across The Queen Elizabeth Hospital including dispensary, outpatient, inpatient and specialist services such as homecare and virtual wards.

Our team of on-site and remote pharmacists provide services to the following specialities:

  • Cardiology
  • Respiratory
  • Endocrinology
  • Gastroenterology
  • Medical Admissions
  • Trauma and Orthopaedics
  • Surgical Admissions
  • General Surgery
  • Women and Children
  • Palliative care
  • Parenteral Nutrition
  • Virtual Ward
  • Homecare
  • Antimicrobial Stewardship
