Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Capacity Management Team administration team. The post is for a Band 3 FTE Permanent position.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include general administration duties: registering new patients on PAS system: listing patients on Care Cube Operation lists, arranging transfers from district general hospitals under the supervision of Hospital Coordinator. Shifts cover from Monday - Friday 08.00- 19.00 and Saturday and Sunday 09.00-17.00. WTE 37.5 hrs. The Shifts worked would be 4 for during the week 9.30 x 3 and 1x 9.0 hours Weekends are on a rotational basis with other members of Admin Team, the hours would be 08.00-17.00 both sat and sun and 2 x 10 hours in the week leading up to the weekend being worked.
