LPFT are please to be recruiting a HealthRoster/Workforce Information Advisor to join our small busy team.

Up to 37.5 hours available and flexible working can be discussed with the successful candidate

You will need to be  proactive, inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail, and are an effective team player, have the ability to manage a busy workload whilst building strong working relationships with all our clients.

Duties of the job is to act as the first point of contact for queries.

To provide an efficient and professional service to process data to ESR and HealthRoster.

To act as a support for the Healthroster  and ESR system, particularly in relation to data entry, administration and training, as well as being the on-going operational point of contact for end users

To maintain system effectiveness and assist in the collection of rostering  and ESR data, maintaining up to date information as and when required

To assist in maintaining the quality and content of the data held within the Healthroster and ESR System

·        To support the function of the Digital & Data Team  with a focus on Workforce, through the provision of a high quality and comprehensive information and administration service.

·        To effectively and accurately use data systems to support the information requirements of individual staff, managers and the Trust to meet internal and external demands.

·        To ensure that appropriate documents relating to Employees are processed accurately and timely on the NHS Electronic Staff Records System and manual systems, distributing related documentation where necessary. Pro-actively support the system security of ESR including the allocation of the ESR User Responsibility Profiles etc.

·        Participate in the verification process ensuring that our data is maintained to a high Standard.

·        To support with processing employee change forms in a timely manner, including clarifying any ambiguous or missing information on forms with managers, auditing and checking forms to ensure the relevant authorisation is in place; and ensuring that payroll changes are maintained in line with appropriate audit trails in retaining workforce information.
