We're recruiting for a Ward Clerk to provide administrative support for our multi-disciplinary team on Glyme Ward at Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford.
Glyme is a 17 bedded medium secure rehab ward within our forensic service. Our service users are men with a diagnosis of mental illness and/or personality disorder. Many of our service users have had experience of the criminal justice system.
You'll be managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and be the first point of contact for internal and external queries. Your excellent organisational and communication skills will be essential in managing office systems, handling patient information confidentially, and ensuring all documentation is up to date. You will also be involved in ordering supplies, arranging transport, and assisting with staffing coordination.
