Job overview

The ARP Technical Manager’s will work within a National Service Management organisation and will provide technical support and assistance as well as testing verification to all of the Ambulance Trust’s throughout the life of the ARP service contract. They shall be the primary interface between the ARP in life team and the tactical delivery of any new services or system modifications and upgrades.

Main duties of the job

Lead, plan and undertake small and large-scale system testing events in conjunction with system suppliers and users. Events may be structured between system module testing at a reference site to live system testing in a mission critical Trust environment where there is a requirement for a high degree of accuracy and no margin for error.
