Job overview

As the team manager you will be responsible for supporting your team in ensuring that our service users needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. Working with people in crisis, you will encourage positive risk taking and provide an environment that promotes debate and constructive challenge both within the team and with partner teams and services.

You will be proficient in working with practitioners of different disciplines and guide them to improve and evolve the service.

Main duties of the job

The Post holder will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery of the Intensive Home Based Treatment Team (iHBTT) in Wakefield.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of resources and staff employed by SWYPFT

The post holder will be expected to have strong clinical and leadership skills and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality community mental health services.

Manage resources, lead the team effectively, provide clear communication and contribute to the development of the service
