There is an exciting opportunity within Lincolnshire’s Adult Learning Disability Service to lead the Learning Disability South hub. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can provide safe and effective day to day management and leadership of the team.

LPFT’s adult learning disability service, provides specialist health support to people with learning disabilities who require assessment and/or treatment for their physical and mental health, including support with behaviours of concern. The adult learning disability service operates from three multi-disciplinary hubs, across Lincolnshire, which delivers a range of specialist provision.

Main duties of the job

The post would suit a motivated individual who has the ability to develop and motivate others, have a progressive mind-set and be able to build positive working relationships within the adult learning disability service and with partner agencies, whilst demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to high quality care as well evidencing a commitment to continuous quality improvement. You will have a strong sense of initiative, excellent team working ability and be an excellent communicator. A willingness to undertake training relevant to the post is expected.

You will provide support, leadership, management, performance monitoring and strategic direction for the team and will report to the Service Manager.
