Main duties of the job

We are looking for candidates who have an interest in and have Band 5/6 experience in Endoscopy nursing to work alongside our dedicated Endoscopy team, in supporting and leading junior staff on the unit to deliver high standards of quality patient care.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the skills to drive improvement in patient experience, clinical effectiveness and patient safety. The successful applicant should have a good knowledge base and understanding of JAG accreditation and the JETS training System.

You will be joining an organisation  that has just been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission and is delighted with the published staff survey results which are extremely positive; 26 areas out of 32 classed as better than average when compared to other combined community and acute Trusts. We currently provide both community and hospital based services and are implementing new models of integrated care working with partners. Our belief is ‘that Everyone Matters’. Our values are clear.
