Service Manager

This is an exciting time to join the Ophthalmology Operational Team as we continue to pioneer new pathways and transform the service through innovation and technology. We have a great, forward-thinking team, keen to provide the best possible service for our patients. You will get a wide range of experiences in a very busy outpatient setting as well manage theatre efficiencies within the Cambridge Eye Unit.

If you have the desire to continue leading, motivating and empowering others along with a proven track record in managing services, you may be the person for us.

The key focus of this post will be on delivering the key objectives and targets within the service as well as in the Division.

To be a key member of the operational management team, leading on the day to day provision of an efficient and well-resourced outpatient service.
