Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Health Informatics department and support our new Digital Strategy #PROUDTOBEDIGITAL. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & committed individual to join our Service desk team as a Service desk Co-ordinator on a permanent, part time basis. Health Informatics at Rotherham have achieved Level 2 towards Excellence Accreditation with the Yorkshire and Humber Digital Skills Development Network. We are conveniently located just off the M1 motorway allowing for excellent commute times across most of Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and West Lincolnshire & Humberside.

Main duties of the job

Working as part of a busy Health Informatics IT Service Desk team, you will provide a single point of contact for logging, handling & resolution of all incidents and request across the Trust & other organisations we support.
