We are currently seeking experienced and driven physiotherapists to join our Band 6 rotations at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Band 6 physiotherapists seeking a new challenge or for motivated Band 5s with relevant experience who are eager to progress and further develop.
As a vital member of our team, you will be expected to embody our 4ward signature behaviours, consistently prioritising patient care in all aspects of your work.
We are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions. While your official base will be Worcestershire Royal Hospital, you will be required to rotate across all Trust sites.
Our rotations offer a rich variety of clinical experiences and learning opportunities. You will gain experience in medical and surgical respiratory care (including head and neck, ITU, and our physiotherapy-led NIV service), COPD, inpatient orthopaedics, A&E, acute stroke, and neurological conditions; the MDT frailty assessment unit, oncology, MSK outpatients across three sites, pelvic health, rheumatology with hydrotherapy, and paediatrics.
The successful candidates will be required to participate in our 24-hour on-call service, including overnight duties, and a 7-day working rota.
We are dedicated to supporting the professional development of our staff. All post holders will be encouraged to attend courses, participate in audits, and contribute to the mentorship and development of junior staff members.
