We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic full time (37.5 hours per week) senior physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team based in Cambourne on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract.
The post holder will provide cover across our South locality covering the Cambridge and East Cambs and Fenland Teams.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best care possible in their own homes, maximising patients potential in the initial phases upon discharge from hospital in our short stay service.
Successful applicants will be expected to assist in the development of the integrated care workers to support the clinical delivery of the service and proactively work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patient flow and safety.

The service also provides therapy within our interim bed environment and supporting the prevention of hospital admissions.
Successful applicants will be expected to assist in the development of the integrated care workers to support the clinical delivery of the service and proactively work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patient flow and safety.

Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
