Job overview

As Senior Integration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a range of collaborative projects across St George's and Epsom St Helier. These projects will focus largely on clinical areas, focused on improving outcomes for our patients and value for taxpayers.

Main duties of the job

  • Support the day to day planning and delivery of their particular projects.
  • Track and monitor SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound) objectives with their team(s) and the Workstream/Programme Lead in order to ensure , on time delivery of projects.
  • Work in partnership with appropriate management, clinical staff and others to ensure support and engagement for their project(s) and embed the transformation work within the day-to-day work of the Trust.
  • Undertake analysis and synthesis to support identification of improvement opportunities and to evaluate impact of interventions on service performance
  • Develop project materials that support reporting to service, divisional and Trust leadership, as well as facilitation of integration project work shops and working groups.
  • Track project risks and issues - working with different leads to agree and implement mitigations.
  • Take responsibility for developing a robust project management framework, including the preparation of project plan, key outcomes, deliverables and timescales.
  • Ensure there are regular project meetings to co-ordinate the work programme and report to the relevant steering group monthly.
