The postholder will support the Administration and Business Leads and Service Managers by locally implementing guidelines and protocols for administration services and setting up and developing systems, processes and procedures to support the efficient and effective management of resources against agreed financial and activity targets.
The postholder will assist the Service Manager to monitor and report on quality, productivity, financial, waiting time, access and CQUIN targets, standards and performance indicators. She/he will provide support to the Service Manager with ongoing contract and budget management.
Develop reporting processes
review and organise highly unfiltered complex data
Provide high level administrative support to the leadership team
Provide leadership and line management to administrative and clerical staff
