We offer over 100 education and training courses to more than 4,000 students, including postgraduate master’s and doctoral-level programs, which are currently validated by university partners. Our unique clinician-tutor model and multidisciplinary approach allow us to train a wide range of professionals, including clinicians, social workers, nurses, and teachers.

Our Directorate of Education and Training has ambitious goals for increasing student numbers, diversifying its portfolio and extending its reach. To achieve these goals, it is essential that we provide effective professional support services for our students and staff.

A vacancy has now arisen for a Returns, Planning & Insight Manager, to lead the work of the Division in delivering insight in our education and training activities, and to lead for the Division and Trust in preparing statutory student returns via our validating partner institution.

  • Line-manage the Statutory Returns, Planning & Insight team.
  • Specify requirements, manage and build a suite of validation and exception reports, using SQL and Power BI, which will ensure that data quality is optimal at key points during the academic year.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of forthcoming changes in statutory reporting, attending and participating in sector events as required. The post holder will advise how best to implement statutory reporting requirements as they change.
  • Working with the Director of Education (Operations), Head of Academic Registry, and the Finance Manager, communicate change requirements by developing and facilitating training and workshops.
