An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Teesside Liaison Psychiatry Service.  The applicant must have already have completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be a registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.  The successful applicant will work as part of the busy service across the acute hospital providing assessments for patients who are admitted to the hospital. The successful applicant will become part of a well established and effective team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will work as part of the busy Liaison Psychiatry Service offering assessments that have mental health and physical health difficulties.

The  applicant will carry out assessments and review patients with supervision and support from the wider multi disciplinary team. This role will involve multiagency working and liaison with other services within Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust.
