We are seeking an organised and motivated Project Support Officer to play a key role in the Corporate Governance Team.

The post-holder will be instrumental in ensuring that the Board of Directors and the wider Trust meets its statutory, legal and mandatory requirements in relation to Governance from both business as usual and work to integrate the Trust with Warrington & Halton Hospitals to provide Better Care Together

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will lead on the administration of:

the Audit and People Committees including drafting agendas, supporting the annual review of business cycles and terms of reference

Declarations of Interest, including reporting to ensuring all relevant staff, including Board members are compliant with this requirement

audit queries from KPMG and MIAA

effectiveness surveys and reporting including those for Committees, external audit, internal audit and the Trusts counter-fraud service

The post holder will also lead on the collation, production and project management of the Trusts Annual Report, in conjunction with Trust-wide colleagues including Finance for the Annual Accounts

The post-holder will support collation and administration of:

Annual Fit and Proper Persons Test

Annual Board appraisals

Board profile review

Ongoing collation of CQC evidence

Corporate Calendar

And will provide support during annual leave for the Board and Committee Administrator
