We are looking to recruit a warm, confident, authentic, inspiring nurse or midwife to join our team in the Directorate. The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with a range of people to enhance person-centred cultures that deliver safe and effective care and positive care experiences. This will be achieved through facilitating a broad portfolio of educational and practice development activities.
We would like to welcome a nurse or a midwife into the team who is aspirational with a desire to innovate. You will contribute to the team’s intention to continually improve person-centred care and promote cultures that enable nursing and midwifery practice to flourish.
You must be a nurse or a midwife on the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council register and be able to demonstrate a commitment to professional development through post registration learning and education. You will be able to evidence your contribution to enhancing person-centred cultures and effective workplace learning and be able to describe how you use practice development and/or adult learning theories principles and methods to achieve this.
Candidates should have relevant nursing or midwifery experience. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and organisational skills to engage in the implementation of an evidenced-based approach to enhancing practice. You will be working to a clear set of objectives and will have the support of the wider team.
