The postholder will work closely with the PICU Quality Improvement Manager and the project Supervisors to set up and co-ordinate a funded project investigating shiftwork and fatigue among staff on the PICU.
Lead in the development, co-ordination and delivery of the project on the PICU at BWCH.
Duties will include, contributing to a literature review and data collection and responsibility for the analysis of information in existing databases. Data will include qualitative interviews and stakeholder involvement that will support a future research grant application. You will develop and utilise a working knowledge of and compliance with local, national and international data protection and research regulations.
