Applications are invited for the post of Data Coordinator with the Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support & Retrieval Service (PaNDR).

PaNDR is the East of England paediatric and neonatal critical care retrieval service, hosted at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, serving the 17 hospitals within our region.

The PaNDR Data Coordinator will lead on the delivery and maintenance of high quality data and IT systems for the team, contributing to the successful coordination and governance processes of the service.

The post holder will be responsible for the submission of data using a variety of data capture tools, and will be expected to liaise with all members of the wider multi-disciplinary team including medical staff, nurses and administrative staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data submitted.

Main duties of the job

  • Management of clinical patient data, including collection and submission for local and national databases
  • Analyse data collected to ensure completeness; addressing inaccuracies with our multi-disciplinary team
  • Produce a range of operational reports and presentations for reporting data and KPIs
  • Undertake & instigate project work associated with data quality / IT systems
  • Support the team with audit, research, outreach and education
