Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic Operational Support Manager to support the Community Rehabilitation pathway at Abingdon Community Hospital in a part time  capacity (22.5 hours per week). Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to effectively manage their own workload, prioritising multiple projects and tasks appropriately to meet the needs of the Trust, the Community Hospital and the Outpatient Department against associated deadlines.

Manage activities and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to our patients, their families, clinicians and all stakeholders for the Community Hospital and Outpatient Department.

To line manage the administration team, delivering an effective and efficient service to the Community Hospital and the Outpatient Department.
