The Trust provides maternity care to over 16,500 women including a homebirth service on all 3 maternity sites. Our client group includes many women with complex clinical conditions. To support our care of both mum and baby we have a Level 3 Neonatal Unit situated at the Royal London Site, a level 2 Neonatal Unit situated at the Newham Site and we have excellent facilities in Fetal Medicine. We also have 2 stand-alone midwifery-led Birth Centre’s one of which is situated in the Isle of Dogs and the other situated Barking. In addition, we have two co-located Birth Centre’s.

The band 2 MCA post in Antenatal Clinic is suitable for those healthcare professionals who have a passion in assisting with care of women and their families during the antenatal period and those who want to consolidate their training and gain experience and skills in this clinical setting.
