We are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our established, friendly and supportive Acute Adult Therapist Team within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This post sits within our Acute and Critical Care team, with a focus on general medicine.
This post-holder will work with adults in an acute hospital setting presenting with a range of acquired speech, language, communication and/or dysphagia difficulties.
This post is ideal if you are an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, and you have a desire to deliver high quality care while supporting service delivery changes within a caring and compassionate team.
We are open to considering full and part time applicants.
Post-registration dysphagia training and experience is essential for this post.
There may be times you will be asked to cover other clinical Speech and Language Therapy services within the ARI site, which will offer wider opportunities and further experience. The service has regular meetings and CPD sessions and support and supervision will be available from senior specialist colleagues.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available in certain circumstances to successful candidates. HCPC registration is mandatory.
