Technical Compliance Officer

37.0 hours per week

Band 7 (£48,788 to £56,747)

The Technical Compliance Officer will assist in ensuring that the corporate objectives of NHS Grampian (NHSG) are achieved with specific focus on the provision of safe and compliant premises and equipment. The post holder will be the focal point for assurance relating to Hard FM services compliance across NHSG on behalf of the Head of MaTS.

Be professionally responsible and accountable for the monitoring, inspection and reporting on the legislation, standards, delivery and risk compliance of Hard FM services to assist in ensuring the Estates Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems are reviewed and maintained consistently.

Educated to degree level in business or technical management or demonstrable appropriate equivalent experience in the management of compliance in an technical environment.

Expert knowledge of CAFM / CMMS systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
