We have an exciting vacancy available for the role of Technical Support Analyst within the IM&T Department at our Nottingham Divisional Headquarters.
We're seeking talented individuals to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch IM&T services to one of the largest ambulance services in the UK.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll play a vital role in delivering second-line IM&T support, including the maintenance and repair of services for the Trust's IT hardware. Collaborating closely with our internal Support Teams, you'll ensure seamless operations and deliver an excellent, user-focused service. Additionally, as part of our commitment to reliability and responsiveness, you'll be included in the Trust's on-call rota, contributing to our round-the-clock support efforts. You will have experience of communicating with staff at all levels both verbally and in writing, as well as demonstrating a logical approach to problem solving. You will be educated to A-level or equivalent qualification or have a minimum of 1 year IT support experience.
You will have a thorough understanding of ITIL and Microsoft operating systems and applications, RDS, Active Directory and be ECDL qualified or have relevant IT skills including the use of PC and MS Office packages.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and willing to vary their working hours. This is to suit the demands of the IM&T functions of an emergency service from time to time, and be prepared to travel away from HQ premises in the course of their duties.
