What You’ll Be Doing:
In this impactful role, you will be central to driving our Trust’s wellbeing agenda, ensuring our people agenda aligns with the Trust’s vision for delivering exemplary patient care. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will:
Lead Wellbeing Initiatives: Shape, implement, and champion proactive wellbeing initiatives across the division to foster a supportive and engaged work culture. Deliver Specialist HR Guidance: Provide expert employment law advice, supporting managers and teams on a wide range of employee relations matters. Develop Our People: Influence and coach line managers to handle both informal and formal HR matters, reinforcing a workplace where every colleague feels valued and motivated to excel.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a CIPD-qualified HR practitioner (or someone actively working toward this qualification) with demonstrated experience in providing HR support and advice within a large, complex organisation. The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in general or Medical HR, ideally with experience in employee relations and wellbeing.
The ability to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and coach line managers on handling a range of HR matters.
A proactive, resilient approach to workload management in a dynamic healthcare setting.
