We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our busy administration team providing a professional and effective Health Records function within the Medico Legal team. You will be one of a designated team responsible for ensuring all Subject Assess Requests are dealt with in accordance with all policies and regulations.

The available position is for 16 hours per week, Monday To Thursday 9am - 1pm.

Please note however that hours of work are in accordance with service needs, and hours may be subject to reasonable change.

Staff are contracted across a 7 day week and the successful candidate will  cover weekends and Bank Holidays, where needed.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care and wider community.

Computer literacy is essential as you will be required to input and extract information from a number of Trust Patient Administrative Systems.

Please note this position requires significant physical effort whilst moving and handling medical records.

To provide an efficient Health Records Administrative function ensuring adherence to all Trust and Regulatory Policies & Procedures.  One of the designated team responsible for ensuring all Subject Access Requests (SAR) received are dealt with appropriately in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (2018), and therefore within the designated timescales.
