You will be part of a supportive team where you will be allocated both a Supervisor and a Line Manager. We are looking for people who are empathetic, patient, understanding and have excellent listening skills.

The health and wellbeing of our team members is very important to us and we offer a robust induction period, which includes 4 week of shadowing and training to prepare for the role as well as regular supervision and support.
