You will be integral to the design, implementation and mobilisation of Organisational Development, Engagement and Leadership initiatives and ensure improvements, learning and innovation aligns to the BHT objectives and strategies.

Main duties of the job

• Leading on the design, delivery and evaluation of OD, Leadership and Engagement interventions in line with Strategic business objectives. Prioritising, planning and organising a range of engagement, culture and OD programmes, and activities over varying timeframes, and formulating long-term strategic plans. Act as the expert in organisational development, design, and able to support implementation of best practice, creating interventions which encourage and enhance, individual, team and organisational performance. Responsibility to ensure that equality and diversity is integrated into all aspects of the OD, Leadership and engagement development plans and strategies.
