Falls Clinical Practitioner

Job summary

Are you passionate about falls prevention and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an innovative and motivated clinician (Nurse or AHP) who is passionate about preventative care to join the Professional Practice Team, working across the Community Care Group.

Following the success of a two-year preventative care project which measured a 78% reduction in avoidable falls related admissions across 11 care homes, this role is now advertised on a substantive basis to support the prevention of falls in the community.

Job responsibilities

Stretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon.
