We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join the North Bedford Community Nursing as a Team Leader for the Community District Nursing Team for planned care.

Main duties of the job

You will be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  You will be an experienced Registered Nurse and the DNSPQ qualification. You will take pride in your work and be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change.

The post holder will have the responsibility for a couple of aligned District Nursing Team and have a balance approach to clinical and leadership responsibilities
