Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS FT (HIOW Healthcare) is a new NHS Trust, bringing together community, mental health and learning disability services, aiming to improve consistency of care between these services and the organisations responsible. We're now seeking an exceptional Director of Digital and AI who shares our ambition.

Over the past 18 months, we've worked hard to align our mental health, community and learning disability services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to improve access to care, reduce duplication and resolve unnecessary differences in practice and outcomes. We have an exciting future ahead and we believe digital is a cornerstone of that journey. There has been a monumental shift in the way we deliver our services, with technology playing an increasingly pivotal role, and we want to ensure we're at the forefront of digital capability, empowered by a culture that champions system and infrastructure transformation.
