This is a senior role working for the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System and hosted by the hospital.
The role will support development of patient access to health and care records in the Lincolnshire Care Record.
The role will have responsibilities for:-
- engaging with stakeholders, including facilitating workshops with the public
- meeting local and national delivery targets
- programme management of projects according to clinical and business priorities
- successful delivery of the programme
- managing external suppliers
This role will require operational working across Lincolnshire with a range of system partners and the public.

- supporting the Senior Responsible Officer
