Position:

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Services Facilitator on a full time, fixed-term 12 month contract.  This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work in various sites across Ayrshire and Arran, so a car licence and ownership is essential for this role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Facilitator within Digital Services.

In Ayrshire and Arran our ambition is to provide a digital environment that supports and transforms the way our staff work, underpinned by systems that are secure, performant, resilient and available wherever they are.

The effective use of digital solutions to support reform is paramount to drive effective change and efficiency as well as improving health and social care outcomes. Digital technology has become fundamental to the way we live our lives and to the health and care of our population.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will possess a degree or evidence of equivalent experiential knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of current Digital systems.

The ability to understand complex information and diagnose system related issues by working in close collaboration with colleagues within the digital services team are essential skills required, along with the ability to work under pressure with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service delivery.

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is ambitious in developing its Digital services to support organisational change and modernise service delivery for the benefit of staff, patients, carers and the public. The postholder will act as a key advocate of this agenda.

Hours:

  • This is a full-time post, fixed term for 12 months.
  • Hours: 37 per week over 5 days.
  • Hybrid Working

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
