Derwent Receptionist volunteers help support the smooth running of hospital administration systems, based on Derwent Ward.
This role is best suited to volunteers who enjoy an organised and systematic approach to tasks. No previous experience is required. We just need your commitment, patience, enthusiasm and reliability.
Your role is likely to include tasks such as: customer service duties such as meeting and greeting visitors/patients, answering telephones and passing on messages and supporting with simple filing tasks.
Essential Information:

Please kindly note, you will be given a 20-minute assessment which will take place the week commencing Monday 127th January 2025 at the Volunteering office.
The Mandatory training for this role will be on Tuesday 11th March 2025.
