As an Anaesthetic Practitioner, you'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality nursing care along the day case pathway and offering perioperative care to adult patients undergoing various day surgery procedures.
Staff are expected to support other sites within the health board, when necessary, thus the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility within their service .

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality nursing care in a specialised clinical setting. - Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. - Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and colleagues. - Manage caseloads effectively within defined clinical areas. - Take ownership of personal development and support the growth of others in the team. - Uphold professional standards and serve as a mentor to junior staff. To act in accordance with the NMC / HCPC Professional Code of Conduct.
