To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across a portfolio of Contracting. This includes but is not limited to: managing diaries, gathering information, undertaking enquires, collating data, servicing meetings including the preparation of agendas and minutes, and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.To act as central contracts administrative contact point for the team.To supervise junior staff including, allocating workload and reviewing performance, where appropriate.To maintain an overview of the administration function and workflow within the team.To consistently deliver a client focused service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.To maintain a professional and highly confidential approach to work at all times.
