Community Nursing Team Triage Administrator

We are looking for a Community Nursing Team Triage Administrator to join our CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ Trust. As a Community Nursing Team Triage Administrator, you will support the Community Nursing service deliver care to people in their own homes by assisting in the triage of new referrals as well as providing administrative support to the team. 2. Good IT skills, with the ability to navigate around various systems
