We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Nursing Team to embrace & champion quality care delivery and service improvement within The Balfour.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Nursing teams to support all aspects of Nursing care delivery across The Balfour site providing visible leadership, whilst supporting professional and clinical governance.

The post requires you to be a Registered Nurse educated to master’s level or have an equivalent level of experience and have substantial experience in a senior Nursing role in an acute hospital setting.  You will be working within an environment of change and ongoing service improvement.  Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills are therefore essential.

This post requires vision, innovation, a commitment to joint working, the ability to work across professional boundaries and a real desire to provide the highest standards of care.

You should possess sound clinical knowledge, be able to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills, including the ability to offer interventions, advice, and delivery of safe, effective person-centred care.

You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing a learning culture where staff growth, wellbeing and engagement are crucial in supporting the delivery of care.
