37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to provide
clinical leadership for the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic therapy services.
To be successful you will be a clinical leader who:

- Has proven organisational and performance management skills
- Can evidence up to date MSK/Orthopaedic clinical experience and skills
- Has a commitment to developing the clinical skills of others
- Can evidence the ability to initiate and implement service developments
- Demonstrates an understanding of current NHS agenda and its impact on both
clinical and business requirements
Main duties of the job
- To provide clinical expertise, leadership and manage
performance in relevant service area according to KPIs and quality standards.
- To managed a delegated budget of over £2,000,000
- To deliver services in order to meet the Trust objectives.
- To manage a specialist caseload of clients, using
evidence-based and client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and
evaluate interventions.
- To lead on the planning, implementation, development and
evaluation of Services in MSK & Orthopaedics
- To line manage the Deputy Service Manager
- To contribute to the development of integrated
rehabilitation pathways for relevant services across Primary, Intermediate and
Secondary Care and the third sector.
- To ensure that regular supervision and appraisal of staff
within team is undertaken.
- To provide interventions in locations across the health
community covered by The Rotherham NHS foundation Trust as required.
