A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Endoscopy Clinical Educator for 12 months within the Endoscopy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Unit Manager and senior nursing team to deliver training and education for staff of all experience and ability.

The successful candidate will work in a fast paced, busy department ensuring staff are supported in their development and competencies.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in education and development, who has previous experience in working in an Endoscopy setting.

You must have good communication skills and your main role will be to support the development of the clinical team, ensuring strong working relationship are formed with staff of all skill set and experience. You will contribute to the planning and organisation of the continuous professional development of colleagues. The post holder will ensure training and education are in compliance with JAG standards.
