We're seeking an experienced and passionate Team Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic 0-18 CYPMH Team in West Cheshire. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and leadership skills in a 12-month maternity cover role.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide operational management and leadership to the team, ensuring effective implementation and on-going delivery of Trust pathways and protocols in order that the team can deliver safe and effective, high quality compassionate services.
  • Clinically, hold a specific caseload in order to maintain registration with the post holders governing body and to provide high level assessment and intervention in line with the posts seniority and expected level of experience and skill.
  • Work in partnership with the Deputy Head of Clinical Services, and other senior staff to establish effective multi-disciplinary working within the team and the wider CYPMH Service.
  • Ensure that practice across the service meets required standards and evidences shared decision making and evaluation of practice through use of routine outcome measures.
  • Lead on the recruitment and supervision of staff, operating within the available resources to achieve the required targets.
  • Lead on the establishment, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
