Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) are seeking to recruit a Bank Level 4 Catering Chef Manager for flexible working opportunities via Temporary Staffing to be responsible for the day to day operation of the catering service, to include retail, vending and café services.
The role is to promote income generation for both the restaurant and the café services provided.
This includes all function request for in-house and external requests ensuring food and Hygiene Standards are met.
The Catering Chef Manager will plan and cost menus, orders and supplies being responsible for catering computerised systems and supporting up to date financial information
This will require a flexible approach to their working day; to ensure service standards and expectations are met and sustained, e.g. overseeing weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
