This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Maternity Governance team by assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the maternity clinical audit systems and processes. To support service improvements and implementation of evidenced based practice and the findings of audit which will be presented to a multidisciplinary audience and you will work closely with Assurance Midwives to ensure SBLv3 and national ambition targets are met. You will work within the governance team who strive to continually improve outcomes for our families and improving their birth experiences by identifying where our service needs targeted work for improvement. You must be confident in creating, interpreting and presenting data through a variety of channels.
To work closely with the Assurance Midwives and be an integral part of the wider Maternity Governance Team. You will need to collate and interpret time sensitive data and be proficient in Excel, word, digital maternity systems, ability to access guidelines, policies and procedures to collate data, produce reports and present findings to a variety of audiences.
