The service we provide is an online intensive programme to patients with anorexia nervosa. You will be an integral part of the team, Providing administrative support to your team, the wider admin team, external agencies, patients and families.

This demanding role will require the post holder to use their full range of administrative skills to ensure an efficient service is provided.

The role comprises a wide range of specific duties. Managing the teams timetable of groups and ensuring all online sessions are arranged, sending correspondence, liaising with clinical staff, photocopying documents, scanning and both email and task management.

You will work alongside clinical staff to support the provision of high-quality care to patients, their loved ones and referring clinicians to ensure a smooth transition through our service.

You will need to be a good team player, have strong emotional resilience with excellent organisational and communication skills.

You need to be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the wider team prioritising your work effectively.

Skills using word, excel, powerpoint and a good general knowledge of IT systems is essential.

This role is to support clinicians within the Waterlily Team but also within the internal teams.
