Main duties of the job

You will play a key role in supporting the Health Board to deliver our ambitious People Plan, working as an integral part of our supportive workforce team. You will work closely with Divisions, stakeholder and Trade Union partners, taking a lead role in providing,  promoting and upholding high standards of professional advice.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic workforce practitioner, with experience of working in a fast paced environment, with a track record of delivering key workforce projects and priorities.

The successful candidate will hold Chartered membership of the CIPD, and a masters level HR qualification or equivalent work experience.
